The breakfast was excellent with many choices from hot fresh cooked scrambled eggs, sausage links, toast, bagels, fruit, cereals, coffee, milk, or orange juice. The lady working in that area was very nice, friendly, & helpful. Top rate.

Friendly staff (cannot stress that enough!), rooms spacious and clean, beds comfortable, great free breakfast offering hot and cold options, amazing water pressure in shower, many options to plug in electronics (several USB ports and outlets), came in every day to clean and bring clean towels, soap, and make-up remover towelette.

The location was great, it was an easy drive to most places in Nashville and felt safe. I was comfortable to leave my car in the lot without worrying about it being broken into. the staff were all really kind and helpful. Breakfast was basic but overall good. the room was overall clean and comfortable.

The room was awesome! But it was dirty under the couch where someone left wrappers, the shower leaked onto the floor because it's not caulked properly, the night desk staff Hates his job and it shows. The housekeepers are so very nice. The area was great and close to everything we wanted

We were happy to have a shuttle to downtown available. Not far from Opry Mills. The location would have been better if the hotel had a restaurant for evening dining. None of the hotels in the immediate area had a restaurant. With no vehicle, we were limited to 2 restaurants within walking distance.. one which we did not eat at based on a recommendation shared with us not to eat there. The breakfast was fine except that the hot food was the same each day. With a lengthy hotel stay, after awhile it became uninteresting.

It is the 2nd time stayed here and the staff were friendly & courteous. The breakfast bar was good and liked the variety of the items & cleanliness of the breakfast area. Room was clean, only thing was when we first went into room, usually there is a paper across the toilet seat showing it had been cleaned and not used. Will always stay here when coming to Nashville.

It was a business trip. I did not stay in the hotel much (just to sleep). Breakfast was nice. The room was very clean with plenty of power outlets. Wi-Fi speed was convenient. I did not try the Business Center, but I saw it and it seems fine. Also, it is about 20min to the downtown, with easy access to gas/grocery/etc.

The room and the air was clean. The continental breakfast was more like they used to be. The location was convenient to some things and easy to get to. The housekeeping staff was good and brought new towels every day and kept the dining area clean and stocked at breakfast.

The hotel and our room were clean, and even smelled good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was well appointed with a microwave, mini fridge , ironing board and iron, hairdryer. The tv was a good size and had many channels. The breakfast was even better than expected, with a wide variety of items. Housekeeping came in the two mornings we were out and made the bed and cleaned the room. My husband and I would recommend this Best Western to travelers to Nashville. Reasonably priced. The location was great as we did attend a Grand Ole Opry performance and it was a 5 minute drive away. A huge shopping mall is right next to the Grand Ole Opry.
